Analyses on Nursing Diagnosis of Angiocardiopathy

采用北美护理诊断协会对护理诊断的定义分析心血管内科87份病历中264项护理诊断,符合定义特征的168项(63.64%),不符合定义特征的96项(36.36%),其中护理措施不能解决护理问题的48项、陈述错误的16项、医护合作性问题与护理诊断相混淆的20项、护理诊断与医疗诊断相混淆的12项。说明部分护理人员对护理诊断的内涵认识不足。

To apply the definition of nursing diagnosis made by the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association, of 87 cases nursing records, 264 items of nursing diagnoses were analyzed. Of 168 items (63.64%) were in accord with the definitions. And of 96 items (36.36%) were not in accord with the definitions. Among them, 48 items can't be solved by taking some nursing measures, 16 items were with some stating errors, 20 items confused nursing diagnoses with medical and nursing cooperative problems, and 12 items mixed up nursing diagnoses with medical diagnoses. Suggested that some of nursing staff didn't understand well about the connotation of nursing diagnosis and they strengthen their studies on nursing diagnoses.
