摘要
为解除晚期食管癌病人的痛苦,缓解其吞咽困难,对11例中晚期食管癌病人采用食管扩张术和食管支架置入术序贯疗法治疗恶性狭窄。结果:11例置管均成功,且无严重并发症发生,7例恢复正常饮食,4例进半流质饮食。
To relieve the pain and dysphagia of patients with late stage esophagus cancer, 11 cases of middle-late stage patients had accepted dilation of esophagus and cytoskeletal implantation to treat malignant esophagostenosis. Results showed that all of 11 cases' cytoskeletal had implanted successfully, and no severe complications had happened. After treatment, of 7 cases may take normal foods and drinks. Of 4 cases may take semi-fluid foods.
