摘要
《中华法学杂志》是民国后期最有影响的法学期刊之一,在13年的发展历程中三易其地,两次停而复办,显示了顽强的生命力。《中华法学杂志》的编辑和作者群囊括了国内法学各领域的权威人士,代表了法学研究的最高水平。《中华法学杂志》的论著与国内外政治发展动态密切相关,折射出民国法学研究的风格和倾向,其树立"中华新法系"的本位立场是当时法学民族主义话语的代表。
Journal of Chinese Legal Science is one of the most influential journals of law in the late period of the Republic of China. It has been relocated three times,stopped and recovered two times during the 13 years of development in its history,which shows strong vitality. The editors and writers of the journal include authorities from various legal fields,which indicates a highest academical level of legal science. The articles of the journal closely relate to the national and international political affairs with the particular style and trend of Chinese legal studies. Its ontological standpoint of 'New System of Chinese Law' is a chief representative of the legal nationalism discourse at that time.
