摘要
针对管状构件中存在的缺陷和构件自身形状的特点,设计了基于单发单收的纵波脉冲反射法的缺陷检测系统。通过检测提取了管状构件中的缺陷特征回波信号,并且对其进行C扫描,获得了构件缺陷图像并采用二维中值滤波对信号进行降噪以提高了其信噪比。
According to the shapes of warm-extrusion aluminum alloy components and the characteristics of defects, the defect detecting system is designed based on the longitudinal-waves pulse reflection method. The echo signals of defects in components are picked up and the images of defects are obtained by C-scan. The noise can be reduced effectively by using 2-dimentional median filter and the SNR can be increased obviously
