摘要
本文介绍了监测风机应力的无线传感器网络体系结构。研究了风机结构,在此基础上对关键点进行了应变片的粘贴。应变传感器主要由前端的应变桥路和后端数据采集系统组成,应变桥路由应变片组成,根据实际工程要求可以将桥路搭配成全桥或半桥等不同桥路。本文阐述了测量桥路原理、应变片粘贴方法及组桥线路连接方式,同时,设计了上微机数据采集软件的结构框架。通过工程实际应用,验证了该无线应变传感器网络性能良好,实现了基于无线传感网的风机应力的监测,比以往的有线检测系统优势显著。
The architecture of wireless sensor networks for monitoring stresses of fan facilities in wind driven generator groups is introduced in this paper. Based on the research on the structures of fans, the strain gauges are pasted on the key points of fans. The choice of full-bridge or half-bridge strain bridges is depended on the actual engineering requirements. The principle of measuring bridge, the method of pasting strain gauges and group connections of bridge circuits are provided. Meanwhile, the framework of data acquisition software is designed. The practical engineering applications demonstrate the good performances of wireless strain-sensor networks and more significant advantages than the cable detection system.
