[目的]观察麻杏石甘汤加润肺化瘀治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。[方法]以宣肺止咳,平喘化痰,清热润肺、化瘀;慢性迁延期是邪实正虚并存,治宜扶正祛邪兼顾;缓解期以虚为主,治宜扶正固本;急性期以祛邪为主。[结果]治疗50例,基本治愈39例,好转8例,无效3例。[结论]麻杏石甘汤有镇咳祛痰。
