穴位埋线治疗结肠慢传输性便秘50例临床观察

Acupuncture Treatment of Colorectal Thread Burying Slow Transit Constipation of Clinical Observation

[目的]观察穴位埋线治疗结肠慢传输性便秘的疗效。[方法]采用随机分组对照试验方法,选择结肠慢传输便秘90例,随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(40例),通过穴位埋线和口服麻仁软胶囊治疗。[结果]治疗组总有效率86%,对照组总有效率55%。[结论]穴位埋线治疗便秘是一种简便易行,经济有效,患者易于接受的疗法。

[ Objective ] To observe the acupuncture treatment of colorectal thread burying slow transit constipation. [ Methods] Randomized controlled trial method, choose the colon slowly transmission constipation 90 cases randomly divided into the treatment group （50 cases） and the control group （40 cases）, through the meridians buried line and oral cannabis soft capsule treatment. [ Results ] The total effective rate in treatment group and control group total effectiveness 55% 86%. [ Concision] Acupuncture treatment thread burying constipation is a simple and effective, economical patients generally easy to accept.
