清胃化湿合剂治疗功能型消化不良120例

Dampness Mixture Qingwei Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia of 120 Cases

[目的]观察清胃化湿合剂治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。[方法]226例功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予中药清胃化湿合剂、多潘立酮治疗2周,疗程结束后,进行疗效比较。[结果]治疗组治愈35例,显效63例,好转20例,无效2例,总有效率98.3%。[结论]中药清胃化湿合剂治疗功能性消化不良疗效满意、复发率低。

[ Objective ] Observed Dampness Mixture Qingwei Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia of Clinical Observation. [ Methods ]226 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into treatment and control groups were given mixture of traditional Chinese medicine Dampness Mixture Qingwei, domperldone treat- ment two weeks after treatment, the efficacy comparison. [ Results ] Therapy treatment were cured and 35 eases, effective 63 cases, improved 20 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total effective rate 98.3%. [Conclusion] Chinese medicine dampness Qingwei mixture treatment of functional dyspepsia satisfactory outcome, the recurrence rate is low.
