摘要
我院1955～1997年手术治疗原发性输尿管恶性肿瘤54例，主要症状为无痛性肉眼血尿和腰痛。术前确诊率为75．9％，并就误诊原因进行分析。术后随访7个月～17年，根据具体情况采取了肾输尿管全长切除及膀胱袖状切除或较为保守的手术治疗，五年生存率为51．1％，随访结果认为其预后主要取决于肿瘤的分级和分期，与手术方式无关。
54 cases of primary carcinoma of ureter had been operated during 1955 to 1997. The main symptoms were painless gross total hematuria and lumbago. The coincident rate of diagnosis was 75.9%. 47 cases have been followed up for 7 months to 17 years. The 5 years survival rate was 51.1%. Total nephroureterectomy with bladder cuff resection and conservative operations were the treatment of choice. Prognosis was relevant to stage and grade of tumor and no association with operative methods.
