摘要
为了研究金属压型板通风层屋顶的隔热性能,验证采用数值方法来研究屋顶隔热的可行性,通过计算流体力学(CFD)软件对金属压型板屋顶模型进行数值模拟计算.基于建立的数值模型,按照不同的影响因素分为3个工况,计算和分析每个工况通风层内空气速度、温度场及带走的热量,对比金属压型板屋顶模型在不同条件下的隔热效果,研究加热温度、倾斜角、是否通风等因素对屋顶隔热性能的影响并分析误差.计算表明数值结果与实验数据吻合良好,当保持良好通风状态时,加热温度越高,倾斜角越大,则金属压型板屋顶的隔热效果越好.
A numerical simulation for model of profiled steel sheet roof was implemented by computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software in order to analyze the heat insulation of ventilated roof of profiled steel sheet and verify the feasibility of the analysis by numerical method.Three working modes were considered according to the influence factors based on the model.The air speed,temperature field and heat dissipation in the ventilation were analyzed.The insulation performances of the profiled steel sheet model under different conditions were compared.The influence of factors such as heating temperature,tilt angle and ventilation on performance of the roof insulation was investigated,and the errors were analyzed.The numerical results agreed well with the experimental results,indicating that the roof of profiled steel sheet performed better at higher temperature and larger tilt angle under good ventilation.
