摘要
杭州湾跨海大桥非通航孔共需设5个区域防船撞拦截体系,由于高墩区的大桥墩台本身抗撞击能力较弱,故选择独立于大桥墩台的防撞方案。拦截体系由独立防撞墩+拦截索链+锚泊钢浮体+锚碇沉块组成。阐述杭州湾跨海大桥非通航孔桥典型区域上下游设置的船舶拦截体系工程的施工关键技术,包括施工过程船机设备的合理配置、关键施工工艺和安全保证措施。
Non-navigable openings of Hangzhou Bay Major Bridge need interception systems in five regions.Because of poor self anti-collision ability of bridge’s piers,an anti-collision scheme independent of bridge’s piers is adopted.The adopted interception system is constituted by independent anti-collision piers,interception rope chains,steel floating bodies and anchor ingot sink block.The authors indicate the key construction technology on interception system for ships set on upstream and downstream of typical region on non-navigable openings of Hangzhou Bay Major Bridge,including reasonable allocation of machine and equipment,the key construction method and safety assurance measures.
