摘要
洞库渗水、库内潮湿会造成室内设备及物资过快锈蚀、腐烂,霉变物质危害人体健康等严重问题。分析认为混凝土本身的微孔和微裂缝,以及工程墙体的变形缝和施工缝是问题的主要根源。结合大修工程对南方某洞库进行防潮工程试验,采用固斯特系列涂料对宽度大于0.4mm的裂缝进行注浆封堵,对小于0.4mm的微孔和微裂缝采用渗透结晶工艺在背水面直接修复。试验效果表明,施工缝及变形缝被彻底封堵,库内壁面结露得到有效解决。根据对比试验数据计算,壁面的透湿量大幅度降低,在保持正常湿度区间时除湿机的节电量可达50%以上。
The seepage and humidification of an underground cavern can cause excessive corrosion of equipments and materials in the cavern,and the mildew is badly harm to human health.It is considered that the micropores and microcracks in concrete are the causes of the problems as well as the deformation joints and construction cracks of cavern.A dampproof test is done combined with repairing works on a southern underground cavern.The KOESTER series dope are used to paint on the cracks greater than 0.4mm-width with penetration-crystallization process and to infuse into the cracks less than 0.4mm-with by injector.Preliminary test results show that the deformation joints and construction cracks are completely blocked,and the condensation dew on the wall disappears.Compared with comparative experimental result,moisture transfer ratio of the wall decreases significantly,and saving power of dehumidifier is more than 50% within normal humidity range.
