大连市2003～2007年集体儿童健康状况分析

Analysis on health status of collective children in Dalian from 2003 to 2007

目的：了解大连市2003-2007年集体儿童健康状况,为提高其保健服务水平提供科学依据。方法：采用《辽宁省集居儿童健康状况年报表》进行调查,使用SPSS 10.0软件对调查结果进行统计分析。结果：儿童肥胖患病率呈上升趋势,城市高于农村;低体重、消瘦患病率波动性下降,农村高于城市;发育迟缓患病率略有升高,农村高于城市;贫血患病率呈下降趋势,农村高于城市;龋齿患病率波动性下降,农村高于城市。结论：大连市集体儿童健康状况良好,需加强农村地区儿童保健服务。

Objective：To understand the health status of collective children in Dalian from 2003 to 2007,provide a scientific basis for improving the level of health services.Methods：The annual reports of health status of collective children in Liaoning were used to survey the collective children,SPSS 10.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results：The prevalence of children with obesity showed a increasing trend,the prevalence of children with obesity in urban area was significant higher than that in rural area;the incidences of low birth weight and emaciation decreased bumpy,the incidences in rural area were significant higher than those in urban area;the incidence of growth retardation increased slightly,the incidence in rural area was significant higher than that in urban area;the incidence of anemia showed a decreasing trend,the incidence in rural area was significant higher than that in urban area;the incidence of dental caries decreased bumpy,the incidence in rural area was significant higher than that in urban area.Conclusion：The health status of collective children in Dalian is good,the health services of children in rural area should be enhanced.
