育龄女性生殖道感染相关健康信念及影响因素

Health belief and effect factors of reproductive tract infection of women of reproductive age

目的:了解育龄女性生殖道感染健康信念现状,探讨相关的影响因素。方法:采用横断面调查研究设计,对842例妇女进行调查。结果:生殖道感染健康信念得分(78.51±8.63)分,得分率66.2%;单因素方差分析年龄、文化程度、职业、丈夫的文化程度和职业、婚姻状况、户口所在地、经济收入是其影响因素(P<0.01);多元线性回归分析文化程度、收入、年龄是其主要影响因素(P<0.01),R=0.390,R2=0.152。结论:应加强育龄女性生殖道感染知识的健康教育,尤其要加强农村、低文化程度、低收入女性健康教育,提高其健康信念水平。

Objective：To understand the status of health belief of women of reproductive age with reproductive tract infection,explore the related effect factors.Methods：A cross-sectional study was used to survey 842 women.Results：The score of health belief of reproductive tract infection was（78.51±8.63）,accounting for 66.2%;one-way analysis of variance showed that the effect factors included age,educational level,occupation,educational level and occupation of husbands,marital status,household location and household income（P0.01）;multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational level,household income and age were the main effect factors（P0.01）（R=0.390,R2=0.152）.Conclusion：Health education about reproductive tract infection among the women of reproductive age should be enhanced to improve the level of health belief,especially for the rural women with low educational level and low household income.
