摘要
作者报告12例行心包内全肺切除术的肺癌患者的术后治疗。通过在术后加强心电监护及生命体征监测、改善呼吸道护理及胸腔负压调节管的护理、防治呼吸功能不全、控制输液及预防肺水肿、采取合理体位及适当活动与锻炼,除1例因急性呼吸衰竭和心跳骤停死亡外,大多数患者术后恢复良好。
Postoperative treatment was conducted upon 12 patients undergoing intrapericardial pneumonectomy for lung cancer.Through enhancing monitor of electrocardiogram and vital signs,preventing and treating respiratory insufficiency,controlling liquid infusion and pulmonary edema,taking proper body position and movement,most patients discovered well except 1 died from cardiac arrest and ARDS.
