灯盏花注射液联合胰激肽原酶治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效观察

Curative effect of dengzhanhua combined with kallidinogenase on early diabetic nephropathy

目的观察灯盏花注射液联合胰激肽原酶对早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例,给予灯盏花注射液30 ml加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml静脉滴注,1次/d,胰激肽原酶片120 U,口服,3次/d,对照组30例,单独应用胰激肽原酶120 U,口服,3次/d,疗程2周,观察2组疗效。结果治疗后对照组和治疗组24 h尿微量白蛋白(UAER)均较治疗前明显减少,但联合治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论灯盏花注射液联合胰激肽原酶治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效确切,安全性好。

Objective To evaluate the effects of Dengzhanhua combined with Kallidinogenase on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 cases of patients were divided into treatment group of 30 patients and control group of 30 patients,Treatment group were treated with 30 ml intravenous injection of Dengzhanhua,once a day,combined with 120 U oral of Kallidinogenase.The control group was given Kallidinogenase 120 U,three a day.The effects were observed after 2 weeks＇ continuous treating.Results In both control group and treatment group UAER were reduced（P0.05）.The treatment group had statistical significance compared with the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Dengzhanhua injection combined with Kallidinogenase is effective and safe in treating early diabetic nephropathy.
