血浆B型钠尿肽水平对急性心肌梗死患者心功能预测价值 被引量:3

Predictive value of serum B-type natriuretic peptide level on cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction

摘要 目的:探讨血浆B型钠尿肽水平对急性心肌梗死患者心功能预测价值。方法:收集86例急性心肌梗死患者,心梗后6h内抽血检验血浆B型钠尿肽水平及评估患者心功能,同时收集40例健康者做为对照组;随访3个月后,比较急性心肌梗死左室射血分数<50%和>50%两组患者血浆B型钠尿肽水平;同时采用Pearson相关分析评价血浆B型钠尿肽与左室射血分数关系。结果:急性心肌梗死组患者血浆B型钠尿肽水较对照组明显升高,且患者心功能下降明显(P<0.05);随访3个月后,急性心肌梗死左室射血分数<50%组患者血浆B型钠尿肽水平高于左室射血分数>50%的患者(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析提示血浆B型钠尿肽水平与患者左室射血分数呈负相关(P=-0.837,P<0.05)。结论:血浆B型钠尿肽水平对急性心肌梗死患者心功能具有较好的预测价值。 Objective: To investigate the plasma levels of B-type natriuretic peptide on cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction predictive value. Methods: 86 patients with acute myocardial infarction, myocardial infarction within 6 hours after blood tests on plasma B-type natriuretic peptide levels and the assessment of cardiac function, while collecting 40 healthy persons as control group; followed up for 3 months, compared acute myocardial infarction left ventricular ejection fraction 50% and 50% of the patients were plasma B-type natriuretic peptide; also evaluated using pearson correlation analysis of plasma B-type natriuretic peptide and left ventricular ejection fraction relationship. Results: The patients with acute myocardial infarction B-type natriuretic peptide in plasma water was significantly higher than the control group, and cardiac function decreased significantly (P0.05); followed up for 3 months after acute myocardial infarction left ventricular ejection fraction 50% group of patients with B-type natriuretic peptide level above the left ventricular ejection fraction50% of the patients (P0.05); pearson correlation analysis showed that plasma B-type natriuretic peptide levels and left ventricular ejection fraction was negatively correlated (P=-0.837, P0.05). Conclusion: Plasma B-type natriuretic peptide on cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction have better predictive value.
