糖尿病肺结核的CT表现

The CT features of diabetes tuberculosis

目的:探讨糖尿病肺结核的CT图像特征表现。方法:对21例糖尿病肺结核和23例单纯肺结核患者CT图像进行回顾性分析。结果:21例糖尿病肺结核患者发生在上、中、下叶的依次有9、6、6例,而23例单纯肺结核患者发生在上、中、下叶的依次有15、0、8例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但糖尿病肺结核患者、单纯肺结核患者的CT征象在病灶形态、病灶密度、周围改变方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:糖尿病肺结核的CT图像具有一定特征性,可对疾病进行明确诊断。

Objective： To explore the CT features of diabetes tuberculosis. Metheods： To analyze the CT images in 21 patients with diabetes tuberculosis and 23 cases with tuberculosis single retrospectively. Results： Among 21 patients with diabetes tuberculosis, the location of lesions occurred in upper, middle and lower lobe were nine, six and six cases, while the location of lesions occurred in upper, middle and lower lobe were fifteen, zero and eight cases among 23 patients with tuberculosis single（P0.05）. There were no significant difference in lesion morphology, lesion density, the surrounding changes between the patients with diabetes tuberculosis and those with tuberculosis single（P0.05）. Conclusions： The CT image of diabetes tuberculosis has its own characteristics, which should be used in the disease diagnosis.
