彩色多普勒高频探头与低频探头结合对诊断颈动脉硬化的临床价值

摘要 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声高频线阵探头与低频(凸型)扇形探头相结合对颈动脉动脉硬化斑块、狭窄及血流动力学改变的检测价值。方法:选取本院84例颈动脉动脉硬化斑块形成并单侧或双侧狭窄率>50%的患者先后采用高频探头及低频探头对照检查颈动脉硬化情况。结果:高频线阵探头有利于颈总、颈外动脉病变的检测;低频(凸型)扇形探头可弥补高频探头不足,增加颈内动脉的显示长度,有利于颈内动脉中远段病变及血流动力学改变的观察。结论:高频探头加上低频探头相结合使用,两者取长补短,更能准确地显示颈动脉动脉硬化斑块、狭窄程度及血流改变,避免先用单一的高频探头致颈内动脉硬化病灶显示不佳造成的漏诊。
