医院医疗工作质量的综合评价—基于主成分分析法

Comprehensive evaluation of hospital medical quality with principal component analysis

目的:应用主成分分析法对本院2005～2009年的医疗质量进行综合分析,为各级领导加强医院管理,做出科学决策提供依据。方法:选取具有代表性的指标共8项,利用SPSS软件进行主成分分析。结果:2005～2009年本院医疗质量不断提高,其中2009年最好,2005年相对较差。结论:运用主成分分析法能科学、客观、公正地对医疗质量进行综合评价。

Objective： To evaluate the quality of medical services during the course of 2005-2009 in our hospital by principal components analysis method and give evidence for leaders to enhance hospital managent and policy making. Methods： Eight typical aspects were chosen to analysis the quality of medical services, and the analysis method was principal components analysis with the help of SPSS. Results： Evaluation results showed that the quality of medical services was continually improved year by year, of which the best was 2009, and the poorest was 2005. Conclusion： The method can evaluate the quality of medical services scientifically, objectively and fairly.
