燃料电池用碳氢聚合物质子交换膜材料研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 以我们在磺化聚酰亚胺和磺化聚硫醚砜方面的研究工作为基础,简要介绍了近年来燃料电池用碳氢聚合物质子交换膜的研究进展,包括各种材料的制备和性能(质子导电率、耐水性、尺寸稳定性、吸水率、甲醇透过率等)研究。此外,还介绍了我们最近发明的一种独特的交联方法,用这种方法所制得的磺化聚酰亚胺和磺化聚硫醚砜交联膜装在单电池上显示出良好的发电性能(与Nafion相当或更好)和长期使用稳定性(单电池连续运转1600h性能未发生任何衰减),具有良好的应用前景。另外,还就燃料电池用质子交换膜材料普遍存在的一些问题及相应的对策进行了探讨。 Polymer electrolyte membranes (PEMs) are one of the key components of fuel cells. The progress in the development of new hydrocarbon polymer membranes as PEMs was introduced on the basis of our recent research work. The synthesis, proton conductivity, membrane stability and fuel cell performance of various sulfonated polyimide membranes and sulfonated poly(sulfide sulfone) membranes were discussed. Special attention was paid on our newly developed cross-linking method which were very facile and effective. Finally some important suggestions were proposed for developing new high performance PEMs.
