摘要
以三氟丙烯基甲醚和正戊酸为原料,合成了三氟丙醛。考察了反应温度、物料配比、催化剂用量及反应时间对三氟丙醛收率的影响。在单因素实验基础上,进行了正交试验,得到了较佳反应条件,温度80℃,正戊酸∶三氟丙烯基甲醚为1.3,催化剂用量2.3%,反应时间9h,此条件下三氟丙醛的收率为91.47%。
3,3,3-trifluoropropanal was prepared from the reaction of 3,3,3-trifluorc-l-methoxypropene with pento ic acid. The effects of reaction temperature, ratio of pentoic acid to 3,3,3-trifluoro-l-methoxypropene, catalysts amount on the yield of 3,3,3-trifluoropropanal were investigated. The optimal conditions were determined by orthogonal test, which were specified as follows: temperature of 90℃, molar ratio of pentoic acid to 3,3,3-trifluoro-l-methoxypropene of 1. 3, catalysts amount of 2.3% and reaction time of 9h. Under the above conditions, the yield of 3,3,3 trifluoropropanal could reach 91.47%.
