我国医院改革与经济体制改革的路径依赖研究:基于共同演化理论视角

Way Dependence Studies Between Economic Restructuring and the Hospital Reform in China: Based on Common Evolved Theory

目前,将演化理论应用于我国医院改革与经济体制改革路径依赖方面的研究还没有。文章基于共同演化理论的研究思路来探寻我国经济体制改革对我国医院改革产生的影响及医院改革与经济体制改革之间的路径依赖。首先说明共同演化理论的基本内容;其次,我国经济体制改革的变迁,主要包括改革开放以前的经济体制变迁,改革开放后的经济体制变迁;接着,说明经济体制对医院改革绩效的影响;最后,对经济体制改革与医院改革路径变迁研究框架进行构建,为医院改革的研究提供一种新的研究思路。

There hasn＇t been research about common evolved theory applied in economic restructuring and hospital reform. Based on common evolved theory, economic restructuring produces＇ influences on hospital reform in China, and way dependence between hospital reform and economic restructuring are explored. Firstly, the basic content of common evolved theory is explained. Secondly, e- conomic restructuring vicissitude is introduced, including economic system vicissitude before the reform and open policy, economic sys- tem vicissitude after reform and open policy. Then, the achievements influence of economic system to hospital reform is explicated. Fi- nally, research frame to the economic restructuring and the hospital reform way vicissitude is constructed, providing a kind of new research mentality for the hospital reform＇s research.
