通过对辽宁省省内医保一卡通现状的调查与分析,了解医保一卡通在省内及各市的实际进展情况、实施的有利条件及面临的问题,提出加大财政投入、完善信息系统建设及合理配置资源等建议。

Through the status quo and analysis of medical insurance card implementation in Liaoning Province, the situation and existing problems of health insurance process in some parts of the province are known so as to find the way to resolve the problem of policy. Suggestions of increasing financial input, improving the information system and allocating resource rationally are proposed.
