介绍了莱芜钢铁股份有限公司特殊钢厂φ40～φ160mm棒材连续精整生产线的工艺、产品和布置特点,以及主要设备的功能和性能。该生产线能有效提高棒材的表面质量、内部质量和外观包装质量,并实现了高效、标准、连续化精整作业。
The process layout,products and technology characteristics of continuous finishing line forΦ40～Φ160mm bar of Special Steel Plant of Laigang were introduced.The performance and function of main equipment were introduced too.The surface quality,inner quality and the appearance of packaging qulity of bar could be assured,and a highly efficient,standards and continuous finishing operations were realized.
