天然染料黄连的提取及对腈纶纤维的染色 被引量:1

摘要 以天然植物药黄连为具体研究对象,研究了黄连的提取工艺及黄连提取液的稳定性;探讨了黄连对腈纶纤维的染色性能及染色工艺。通过正交试验,确定了黄连提取的合适工艺为:浸泡60 min,提取2次,每次煎煮50 min,料液比为1∶100。吸收光谱及相应吸光度值的测定结果表明,黄连提取液对温度、光照、常见金属离子和一般酸碱环境的稳定性较好。用黄连提取液染腈纶纤维,通过正交试验确定了直接染色的最佳工艺条件,上染百分率和颜色特征值的测定结果说明,黄连对腈纶纤维在高温下有较好的上染性。 In this paper,plant medicine rhizoma coptidis was selected as research objective.Extract processs of rhizoma coptidis and the stability of the extract were studied,and the dyeing performance of rhizoma coptidis extract with acrylic fibers were investigated.Rhizome coptidis was extract using water and optimal extract was selected by orthogonal scheme.Rhizoma coptidis was extracted using conventional water extract processs and optimal extract process was selected by orthogonal scheme.The optimum extract conditions were that soak time was 60 min,rhizoma coptidis and water ratio was 1∶ 100,rhizoma coptidis was decocted twice and for 50 min each time.UV-visible spectrum and absorbance measurement showed the extraction was stable to heat,light,common metal salt and common acid and alkaline environment.Acrylic fibers were dyed with rhizoma coptidis extraction and optimal dyeing processes was selected by orthogonal scheme.Analysis of dye uptake and color characteristic values indicate high color difference and saturation were obtained when dyed under high temperature.
