摘要
文章主要讨论了壳聚糖及氯化镧稀土在苎麻织物直接染料染色中的应用。结果表明:使用壳聚糖预处理后,用直接染料染色后织物的K/S值得到提高,其预处理优化工艺为:壳聚糖用量3.0%(owf)、浸渍温度60℃、浸渍时间30 min、焙烘温度100℃、焙烘时间3 min;氯化镧稀土的处理对直接染料的结构有一定的选择性,预处理工艺为:氯化镧用量0.5%(owf)、浸渍温度60℃、浸渍时间30 min;采用壳聚糖和氯化镧稀土共同处理,以先用3.0%(owf)的壳聚糖预处理,然后在染色中途加入1.0%(owf)的氯化镧稀土(替代食盐),这一工艺较好。
Use of lanthanum chloride and chitosan in ramie fabric dyeing was studied.The results showed that the K/S value of fabric pretreated with chitosan and dyed with direct dyes was improved.The optimal pretreatment process is as follows:amount of chitosan was 3.0%(owf),soaking temperature was 60 ℃,soaking time was 30 min,curing temperature was 100 ℃,curing time was 3 min.Treatment result of rare earth lanthanum chloride had relation to the structure of direct dyes.And lanthanum chloride dosange was 0.5%(owf),soaking temperature was 60 ℃,soaking time was 30 min.The better process was that fabic was pretreated period of time with chitosan then added 1.0%(owf) lanthanum chloride.
