摘要
本文采用刺激性回忆报告的方法研究对外汉语教师的实践性知识,并将新手和熟手的实践性知识进行比较。结果显示,对外汉语教师所考虑和运用的7个领域的教学知识中,使用频率最高的为一般教学知识和语言教学知识,语言学知识和文学文化知识使用频率较低。与熟手教师相比,新手教师报告的跨文化交际知识、关于学生的知识和语言教学知识的频率较低。文章最后讨论了本研究对于汉语教师研究以及汉语教师培训的启发意义。
The present study using stimulated recall methodology,compared the practical knowledge of novice and experienced teachers of Chinese as a second language.The data used in this study was obtained based on the reports from 4 Chinese language teachers with different amounts of teaching experience.The results showed that:1) Of 7 domains of practical knowledge,General Pedagogical Knowledge and Knowledge of Language Teaching were reported most frequently by the 4 teachers.2) Compared to novice teachers,Knowledge of Cross-culture Communication,Knowledge of Language Teaching and Knowledge about Students were reported more frequently by experienced teachers.The implication of this study to future research and to training of Chinese language teachers was also discussed.
