摘要
实验以钛酸四苯酯为催化剂,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯和N,N-二甲胺基乙醇(DMAE)为原料,经常压下反应及减压蒸馏分离,以酯交换方法合成甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯。在n(DMAE):n(催化剂)=1:0.065、反应时间6~8 h条件下,收率达到98.6%,催化剂可回收利用。并用红外光谱仪、核磁共振、气相色谱分析产物的结构。
N,N-Dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate was synthesized by the method of ester exchange with tetraphenyl titanate as a catalyst.The reaction was carried out under the atmospheric pressure and vacuum distillation separation was used,with methyl methacrylate(MMA) and DMAE as the raw materials.The structure and properties of the products were studied using infrared spectrometer(FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and gas chromatography(GC).The optimal reaction conditions were found as follows:n(DMAE):n(catalyst) = 1:0.065,reaction time 6 -8 h,with the yield reaching 98.6%and the catalyst being able used repeatedly.
