摘要
目的:通过对小鼠饲以Bt转基因稻谷,观察Bt转基因稻谷对小鼠的生理与生殖能力的影响,为评价Bt转基因稻谷的安全性提供科学依据。方法:将雌、雄昆明小鼠48只分开饲养,各按体重随机分为转基因稻谷组和非转基因稻谷组,饲以对应的稻谷进行90天喂养试验,检测相关生理与生殖指标。结果:与非转基因稻谷组相比,饲以Bt转基因稻谷组小鼠的行为、脏器系数、血常规与血生化及怀孕母体的体重增长情况、胚胎称重、着床率、活胎数、死胎数、吸收胎数、胎儿内脏及骨骼检查等各项检测指标均无明显变化,同对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:Bt转基因稻谷对小鼠表观体症、脏器系数、血常规与血生化无明显不良影响。Bt转基因稻谷在本试验所用剂量和周期内供试小鼠的胚胎无致畸现象。由此可见,在本试验条件下Bt转基因稻谷对小鼠无生理和生殖毒性作用。
Objective : In order to evaluate Bt transgenic rice' s security, mice were fed with transgenic Bt rice to observe the reproductive toxic effects of it. Methods:48 male and female Kunming mice were feeding separately, each group were randomly divided into the transgenic rice group and non-transgenic rice group, they were correspondingly fed for 90 days, and then combined the male and female according to a proportion of 1 : 1 , female vaginal smears were detected on a toxicity test. Results:compared with non-transgenic rice group, Bt group's behavior, organ coefficient, blood and blood biochemical index had no significant adverse effects on the pregnant daily basis, the day of sperm for pregnancy 0 d and at 20 d gestation was recorded, pregnant mice were sacrificed for an autopsy. All mice were sacrificed for physiological testing after the Reproductivemother' s body weight, growth of the embryo weighing, implantation rate, number of live births, stillbirths number, absorption of fetal number, fetal organs, and bone scan, and other test param- eters were not significantly changed. Conclusion There is the evidence to confirm that Bt transgenic rice has adverse effects on mice' s physiology and fertility.
