分离谷胱甘肽D840树脂的筛选研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用D201、201×7、D354、D840、D001、001×7六种树脂,对从啤酒酵母中抽提的谷胱甘肽超滤样液进行静态吸附比较,筛选出D840树脂的吸附容量最高;并初步研究了树脂的洗脱,在1mL/min的流速下,用0.3mol/L的盐酸洗脱,收集洗脱液中谷胱甘肽,回收率为72.08%,纯度为50.5%。 Six exchange resins including D201,201×7,D354,D840,D001 and 001×7 were used for separating glutathione from the ultra filtration solutions extracted from beer yeasts. D840 resin had relatively high capacity. Under the condition of stated elution rate(1mL/min),the recovery of GSH was 72. 08% eluting by hydrochloric acid(0. 3mol/L),and the purity of GSH was 50. 5%.
