摘要
齐鲁石公司ＨＤＰＥ装置中的产品出料罐是承受高循环疲劳载荷的压力容器，设计疲劳寿命达６．７２×１０＾６次，超出了ＡＳＭＥⅧ－２中１×１０＾６疲劳寿命，齐鲁石化设计院与有关单位合作，对这台设备作了疲劳寿命测试并利用美国ＡＮＳＹＳ软件进行了有限元应力分析。
HDPE product discharge tank in HDPE plant of Qilu Petrochemical Corp. is a kind of pressure vessel to bear high recycle fatigue loads, its design fatigue life approaches 6.72×106 which is beyond the figure 1×106 specified in ASME Ⅷ- 2. Fatigue life test on the vessel was made by cooperation between the Design Institute of Qilu Petrochemical Corp. and its related company and finite element analysis was carried out too by using American ANSYS software. Analysis on the fatigue life of the discharge tank is made in the paper too.
