摘要
计算了燕化公司化工一厂18万t/a高压聚乙烯装置的有关数据,从寻找瓶颈、消除瓶颈方法,瓶颈消除后所能达到的生产规模、新反应器参数的确定、引发剂的比较,到设备布置、其它瓶颈消除、装置安全问题核算、投资估算;还对装置进行了改造前后的评价,为乙烯改扩建工程及超产66万t/a乙烯的平衡问题,提供了一些思路和建议。
The paper deals with some de - bottlenecking problems relating to 18000t/y HDPE plant of No. 1 Chemical works of Yanshan Petrochemical Corp. : an overall evaluation before and after the plant expansion and modifications are more thoroughly made in aspects from seeking bottlenecks, choice of de - bottlenecking ways, possible achievable production scale after de - bottlenecking. determination on new reactor's parameters, initiators' comparison to equipment layout, other de - boltlenecking, plant safety considerations and capital cost estimates. The above provides some schemes and recommendations for ethylene balance after completion of ethylene plant expansion and production capacity over 660000t/y is expected.
