摘要
综述了魔芋葡甘聚糖涂膜保鲜方法在果蔬保鲜上的应用情况,并提出了研究中存在的问题和今后的发展方向。
The application of konjac glucomannan coating to the storage of fruits and vegetables were reviewed, existing problems and future research directions were brought forward.
