摘要
豆腐柴(Promma microphylla Turcz)是一种具有营养价值和药用价值的野生植物资源,含有丰富的果胶、蛋白质及多种生物活性成分,逐渐受到人们的关注。本文着重介绍了近些年来关于豆腐柴中有效成分的分析、提取的研究现状,以及在食品、医药及化工等方面的应用,对豆腐柴这一野生资源的有效开发利用有一定的借鉴意义。
Premna microphyllg Turcz,as a wild plant resource,has important nutritional and pharmaceutical value,is rich in pectin and protein and varieties of bioactive components. Recently,it had been brought to people’s attention. The article emphatically introduced that the research status on analysis and extraction effective components,and the application in food,medicine and chemical industry. It has certain reference meanings to available utilization and development of the wild resource of Promma microphylla Turcz.
