高速公路收费费率优化实用方法

An Applied Optimal Method of Expressway Toll Rate

合理确定高速公路的收费费率,是在高速公路的建设及运营过程中必须进行考虑的重要问题。从实际应用的角度出发,提出了一种基于路网的分车型高速公路收费费率优化实用模型,并结合高速公路收费费率本身的特点,给出相应的求解算法。该方法在收费系数确定的情况下,根据优化目标直接得到优化结果。在实际应用中可首先确定不同的可行收费系数方案,计算相应收费系数方案下的费率优化结果,根据优化结果确定费率优化的满意解。算例结果显示,该方法具有简单、实用的特点。

Determining reasonable expressway toll rate should be considered in the process of expressway construction and operation.An applied optimal model of expressway toll rate is set up,and combined with the characteristics of expressway toll rate,an algorithm to solve this model is proposed.In the applied method,highway network is taken as the research object and different vehicle types characteristics are considered.This applied method can obtain optimal results directly when toll coefficient is determined.The results of the calculating example indicate that the method is simple and practical,and can be applied to practice.
