摘要
研究了ABR-SBR组合工艺系统在冬季低温条件(10~15℃)下处理某餐饮废水的效果并探究其最佳运行参数。该系统是由厌氧处理单元,即厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)和好氧处理单元,即序批式活性污泥法反应器(SBR)组合而成。活性污泥取自城市污水处理厂,在ABR中用餐饮废水驯化50 d,在SBR中驯化时间较短(7 d)。在这2个处理单元中分别设置不同的水力停留时间(HRT)。结果表明,在ABR中HRT为14 h,SBR中好氧曝气7 h、缺氧搅拌2 h和沉淀50 min,系统处理效果最好,COD、氨氮(NH3-N)、总磷(TP)和总氮(TN)去除率分别达到86%、92%、85%和75%,出水水质均达到国家一级排放标准。
An experiment study was carried out on the treatment of restaurant wastewater to obtain the optimum operation parameters under low temperature condition (10- 15℃ ) in winter. The system included an anaerobic unit, which composed of an anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) and an aerobic unit, which was a sequencing batch reactor (SBR). Activated sludge was taken from a municipal sewage treatment plant and it was cultivated with the restaurant sewage under anaerobic conditions for 50 days. The cultivation time was much shorter for the SBR unit, for 7 days. Then different hydraulic retention time (HRT) was set for the two units. The results demonstrated that this system could achieve the best efficiency with HRT of ABR reaching 14 h and the duration of different stages of SBR treatment, i.e. aeration,anoxic agitation and sedimentation reaching 7 h,2 h and 50 rain respectively. The removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N),Total phosphorus (TP),Total nitrogen (TN) attained 86%,92%,85% and 75% respectively. The quality of the treated water met the effluent standards level I.
