摘要 针对磷化电镀废水的水质特点以及原处理工艺pH、Fe2+和PO43-超标的问题,在保留化学处理工艺的基础上,增设曝气氧化和絮凝等处理单元,构成了化学法和生物法相结合的处理工艺。运行结果表明,出水达到了电镀行业的污染物排放标准,且具有处理效果稳定、操作简便、运行费用低等优点。 In allusion to the characteristics ofphosphatization and electroplating wastewaters and the drawbacks that pH value, iron ion and phosphate radical were above standard, the units of Aeration oxidation and Flocculation etc., were added to perfect the primary process while the main part, chemical treatment, were put aside. Therefore, the new process was made up of chemical treatment and biological treatment units. The operational results showed that the the effluent quality met the demands of the discharge standard for pollutants from eleetroplating industry. And the process was endowed with the strong points of stable treating effect, simple operation and low-operating cost.
