摘要
目的:研究影响玳玳果滴丸成型的各种因素,确立最佳制备工艺。方法:以滴丸的硬度、圆整度、溶散时限和丸重差异作为综合评定指标,采用单因素考察和正交试验优选出滴丸的处方和成型工艺。结果:玳玳果滴丸的最佳制备工艺为:药液温度85℃,滴距5cm,冷却距离70cm;最佳基质为聚乙二醇6000∶聚乙二醇PEG4000(PEG6000∶PEG4000)=2∶1;最佳冷却剂为液体石蜡∶二甲基硅油=2∶1;最佳药效部位与基质比例为1∶4。结论:本法工艺简单、可行、稳定,重现性好,可作为玳玳果滴丸的制备工艺。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the best technical parameters on daidai dropping pills. METHODS Hardness, roundness ,dissolution and weight deviation were used as comprehensive evaluation indicators to select good prescriptions and dropping conditions . RESULTS The optimizing preparation of Citrus Aurantiurn L. var daidai dropping pills was as follows: the drug solution temperature was 85℃ ,dropping distance was 5 cm,the length of cooling was 70 cm, the base was the mixture of polyethylene glycol 6000: polyethylene glycol4000( PEG6000 and PEG4000 )was 2:1 ;the cooling agent is the mixture of liquid paraffin and dimethyl silicone (2 : 1). The optimizing effect part of total flavones and the base was ( 1 : 4). CONCLUSION The preparation procedure is simple, feasible, stable and reproducible.
