半刚性基层沥青路面U形开裂影响因素分析 被引量:4

Analysis on Influencing Factors of U-shaped Cracking in Semi-rigid Base Asphalt Pavement

摘要 以高等级公路半刚性基层沥青路面的U形开裂损坏为研究对象,采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立力学模型,对引起U形开裂的因素——层间接触条件和超载进行力学分析,并对其影响显著性进行方差分析。经过计算分析得知:层间接触条件和超载对沥青路面U形开裂的产生均有显著性影响,且面层层间接触条件要远远大于基面层间接触条件对其产生的影响。若想减少U形破坏的发生,一方面应加强面层层间的粘结,以提高层间抗剪切性能,避免层间发生滑移,另一方面应限制超载车辆的通行。 The U-shaped cracking in semi-rigid base asphalt pavement of high-grade highway was studied.A mechanical model was built by using finite element software ABAQUS to analyze the effect of interface contact condition and over loading on U-shaped cracking.Significance of influencing factors was also discussed by variance analysis.The analytic results show that the generation and development of U-shaped cracking is significantly influenced by interface contact condition and over loading,and the contact condition of surface layers provides more remarkable effect on U-shaped cracking than the contact condition of base layer to surface layer.To reduce the development of U-shaped cracking,the bonding of surface layers should be improved to ensure the shear strength between layers and avoid slippage between layers,and over loading vehicles must be limited.
