摘要
将设备级运维环节引入坚强智能电网体系,给出了换流站集控的3种技术路线:站级局域网延伸集控模式,分层分布集控模式,共享数据平台集控模式;阐明了多站集控条件下保证安全生产、充分发挥多站集控优势的换流站集控管理体系及其分阶段建设步骤。指出跨区直流输电系统"大运行"试点方案分3个阶段实现,分别是技术实现阶段、区域集控阶段和评估决策阶段。展望了未来跨区电网运行维护新格局及其优势。
Leading the operation and management parts in device-level into strong smart grid, three technical routes, namely system structures of centralized monitoring and controlling systems (CMCS) for converter substations, namely CMCS based on extending substation LAN, CMCS with hierarchical and distributed structures, and CMCS sharing unified data platform, are presented. To fully bring the advantages of centralized monitoring and controlling under multi converter substations and ensure secure operation under such a condition, a CMCS management system and its construction procedures are expounded. By CMCS, intensive management and intelligent control of multiple converter substations can be implemented. It is pointed out that the pilot scheme for the "massive operation" of inter-regional HVDC power transmission system should be implemented in three stages: technical implementation, regional centralized monitoring and controlling, and evaluation and decision-making. Thus, a new concise, efficient, intelligent and intensive architecture of operation and maintenance for interconnected power grid, which effectively supports smart grid, could be built.
