摘要
对发电权交易网损补偿问题进行剖析,根据我国电力体制及电价配套政策,结合国内外网损处理经验,明确了发电权交易网损补偿问题的实质和补偿途径。针对我国发电权交易的特点,对发电权交易网损补偿的范围进行了界定,阐述了我国现行发电权交易网损补偿的基本原则及补偿网损的计算方法,并对上述方法的利弊进行了分析,最后结合我国某省网的发电权交易进行了算例分析。
The compensation of network loss caused by the trading of generation right is dissected. According to the system of China＇s power industry and supporting policy of electricity pricing as well as referring to the experiences coping with network loss home and abroad, the essence of compensation of network loss caused by trading of generation right and the appoaches to compensate network loss are clarified. In allusion to the features of generation right trading in China, the compensation range of network loss caused by trading of generation right is delimitated; the basic existing compensation principle of network loss caused by the trading of generation right and the computing method for compensation of network loss is expounded, and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing computing method areanalyzed. Finally, analysis on calculation example of generation trading in a certain provincial power grid in China is given.
