常减压蒸馏装置完善设计

摘要 在某厂的常减压蒸馏装置完善设计过程中,应用PRO/Ⅱ模拟流程、热管技术、多变量模拟控制方案、粘钢加固法等先进技术进行优化设计,达到了消除装置的“瓶颈”,平稳生产操作,节能降耗并缩短了施工工期,经济效益良好。 During perfectly processing design for atmospheric and vacuum distillation plant, many advanced techniques were utilized in this process design such as PRO/II simulation process, heat tube technology, multi -varieties simulation control plan, consolidated technology with sticking steel so that elimination of 'bottlenecks' , smooth operation, saving energy and shortening construction period of the plant were guaranteed, as a result better economic benefit was come out.
