摘要
工业企业建设场地具有不可移动性,特别是重大工业项目,一旦建设起来以后,一般说是不宜拆迁的。因此,本文对建厂地区的条件与厂址的选择作一总结性的叙述。
Sites for industrial enterprise have a feature of non- movability, especially for large industrial projects. Once it is built up generally it is not easy to be relocated or removed , therefore description about conditions and selection of site location is given in the article.
