摘要
开槽滚筒特有的复杂轨迹呈现空间立体状，如何在二维平面坐标中完成在三维空间坐标中才能完成的轨迹呢？ 现文根据数控机床加工的特点及ＦＡＮＵＣ－６ＴＢ数控系统所具有的功能，设计出适合于Ｑ１－０７２ 型数控卧车的加工工艺及数控加工程序，使问题得以解决。
The particular locus of the grooved drum complex appears 3 D form.How to accomplish 3 D locus with two dimensional coordinates?Based on processing features of NC machine tool and the function of NC system“FANUC”6TB,the author worked out the machining procedure and NC program suitable for NC lathe Q 1 072,and above mentioned problem was solved.
