城市低保家庭儿童社会保护制度分析

The Analysis of Social Protection Schemes Targeting Children in Urban Families with Minimum Living Standard

社会保护是缓解儿童贫困最有效的政策工具。本文通过对我国城市低保家庭儿童的社会保护制度进行分析,发现有一些基本要素缺失,贫困儿童的社会保护有很多需要改善的地方。

Social Protection is the most effective approach to alleviate child poverty. The author analyses the current social protection schemes targeting children in urban households with minimum living stardard, and found that there are some components in social protection institutions missing, and there is still some room to reform and improve current social protection institutions in China.
