摘要
在催化蒸馏技术的基础上开发了一种新型临氢催化提馏工艺,用于喷气燃料脱硫醇。该工艺主要的特点是用一个催化提馏塔代替通常使用的反应器和气提塔,在催化提馏塔中气相和液相逆流接触,在催化剂表面上进行临氢反应,反应产物用蒸馏和气提的方法脱除。氢气是反应物,也是气提介质。应用该技术在温度230 ℃、压力0.4~2.0 MPa、空速4~6 h- 1、氢油体积比20~30 的条件下,使阿曼、沙特轻质、伊朗轻质等原油的喷气燃料中硫醇硫含量小于20 μg/g。
Based on catalytic distillation technology, a new catalytic stripping process for removal of mercaptan in jet fuel at the presence of hydrogen has been developed. The features of the process are: a catalytic stripper is used to replace the conventional reactor and stripper; the vapor and liquid are counter current flows; the hydrotreating takes place on the surface of catalyst; and the formed hydrogen sulfide is separated by distillation and stripping. The hydrogen is not only a reactant but also a stripping agent. The tests were carried at a reaction temperature of 230 ℃, a pressure range of 0.4~2.0 MPa, a WHSV range of 4~6, and a hydrogen to oil ratio range of 20~30. The mercaptan can be less than 20μg/g in treated oil for the jet fuels from Iranian Light, Saudi Light and Oman crude.
