摘要
采用择形沸石催化剂和固定流化床反应装置模拟催化剂流化输送的流化床连续反应-再生循环过程,进行了催化裂解汽油催化芳构化反应。考察了催化剂及各种操作条件对芳构化反应的影响,并对催化芳构化的反应机理和工业应用前景进行了初步探讨。结果表明,在反应温度580℃、常压、进料质量空速2.5 h- 1 、剂油质量比10 和水油质量比0.25 的条件下,催化裂解汽油的芳烃质量分数可以从42.49% 提高到81.46%
The catalytic aromatization reactions of Deep Catalytic Cracking (DCC) naphtha over shape selective zeolite catalysts were carried out in a fixed-fluidized bed reactor, which simulates continuous reaction-regeneration circulating operation with a fluidized bed reactor. The effects of the catalysts and the operating conditions on the catalytic aromatization were investigated, and the reaction mechanism and the prospects for commercial application were approached. The aromatics content of DCC naphtha can be increased to 81.46wt% from the original 42.49wt% at a reaction temperature of 580 ℃, a WHSV of 2.5 h -1 , a catalyst to feed weight ratio of 10 and a steam to feed weight ratio of 0.25 under atmospheric pressure.
