摘要
阐述了过滤法对原油进行脱盐脱水的机理及过滤脱盐工艺的影响因素,包括滤料、过滤速度、破乳剂、注水量、混合压降、脱盐温度。过滤脱盐工业化装置已经历了5 年的连续运行,过滤脱盐工业化装置的结果表明,采用过滤法原油平均盐含量为2.17 m g/L,原油平均水含量为0.15% ,且节电、节水。
The mechanism of crude desalting and dewatering by filtration technology, and the effect factors, such as filter material, filtering velocity, demulsifier, water consumption, pressure drop and desalting temperature were studied. A commercial unit of crude desalting by filtration has been operated continuously for 5 years. The commercial operation showed that the average content of salt and water remained in the crude after filtration was 2.17mg/L and 0.15% respectively. The savings in electricity, water and demulsifier were obvious.
