摘要
选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)脱硝反应器的关键部件对系统压力损失特性的影响非常明显。针对某电厂1×300 MW锅炉机组的SCR脱硝反应器,采用数值模拟和实验研究的方法研究了各关键部件对系统压力损失特性影响。通过研究确定了SCR反应器的最优设计方案,即关键部件1设计为3块直-弧型导流板;关键部件2喷氨装置的防磨板设计为齿形;关键部件3分别设计为2块直-弧-直型导流板和5块弧-直型导流板;关键部件4设计为整流层(整流层共有45个整流单元,每单元有40个整流格栅)。而压力损失特性的研究结果显示,关键部件2对SCR脱硝反应器内的影响最重要,关键部件1影响次之,整流层的影响最小。
The key parts of a SCR denitrification reactor have very obvious impacts on pressure loss characteristics of the boiler and its auxiliary equipment.The effect of every key part on pressure loss was studied on a De-NOx reactor of a 1×300 MW coal-fired boiler unit by numerical simulation and experiments.The optimal design scheme was determined.The first key part was designed for two straight-art baffles.The second one was designed for the tooth profile of anti-grinding plate.The third one was designed for 2 straight-art-straight and 5 art-straight baffles and the fourth one was designed for rectifying layer(there are 45 rectifying units in a rectifying layer and 40 rectifying grids in each unit).The result of pressure loss shows that the most important key part is the second one and the minimal one is the fourth one in the SCR denitrification reactor.
